At last it’s finished, the Porsche now has an MOT. We have had to buy a new set of carbs but that is in hand. The car will be available for hire next season March 2010. The bad news is that £5,000 worth of car, needed £10,000 worth of parts and approximately 500 hours to time. This is why unless you do the work yourself restorations can and do cost twice the value of the car.
